April 19th Prenatal Infant Feeding Information Session and Group ***for Coastal Maternity Group Patients only***

This group prenatal infant feeding class will be run by Ella Anvari or Ams Sweiger, two of our registered midwives who have a focus on postpartum care and infant feeding. This class is intended for clients who are 32 weeks+ (34-37 weeks ideally).

About the event

In this class, we will discuss the basics of infant feeding; how to establish a good milk supply; the importance of the first 5 days; when to pump and more!. You will have a chance to ask questions and connect with other parents. We will meet as a group again at approximately 4 weeks postpartum (two sessions total). Both sessions will be covered by MSP with a referral. Partners/support person welcome.
